Crede Wants $7M Base
Joe Crede says he's willing to take a year long deal, but won't take less than $7M. Good luck with that.

Excellent news! Hopefully he’s priced himself out of the Giants’ budget.

Crede pricing himself out...
Would be the best news I’ve heard all day. Don’t do it, Sabean.
Randy Johnson got that much over one year. Sorry Joe, but you’re not getting that.

Bora$$
I doubt the Giants even made an offer. Remember when we reportedly made an offer to Manny? It’s probably just Bora$$ trying to get the Twins to move.
no way in hell Crede gets $7M from the Giants. He’s not worth $2M in this market.

if the Giants didn’t make an offer to Crede, they probably would have come out already and said so. I think they made an offer too low for Boras, and that is why he’s floating the 7 million dollars idea. When he doesn’t get it, he’ll come back to the Giants. It seems like the only two teams interested in him are the Giants and Twins, and the Twins only want him if he’s dirt cheap.
Brian Sabean's dad- will make a few phone calls to help his son find a new job after next season
this is what i think is happening also
giants proably offered him 4 with incentives to make it say maybe 6. Hard to see anyone paying more than that this year.

Posturing
Need to inflate his value now as much as possible to maximize his award later when the owners lose the next collusion case.

Oh and a pony.

Eh.
The bumper part doesn’t really matter that much.

Personally I’d prefer the Giants sign no Boras represented clients, even if it means not fielding the most competitive team possible. Last year’s draft stunt went beyond being a zealous advocate.
Wake up Boras
boras decided his percentage of giants offer isnt worth his time cuz hes a super agent and any client of his has to make at least 7 mil guaranteed with chance to be in eight figures per year. Just like he thinks we’re going to pay manram 25 plus over 3 or 4 years get real you egotistic cancerous asshole.
Only if "base" means "freebase"
because they’re obviously on crack.
