Sandoval to Skip WBC, Focus on Giants

I'm a little bummed that I won't be able to see him at the WBC, but I don't know how much PT he would have gotten anyway. The other stuff in the article is really encouraging, especially with regard to him doing extra fielding work this offseason.

Considering he’s preparing to start at a position he’s probably not qualified to play in his first full year in the big leagues, I’d say this is wise.
