Around SBN: Jeremy Lin's Game-Winner Was Incredible, Worth Remembering

Yay for Neal love!

"3. Giants: San Francisco has two elite talents in catcher Buster Posey and left-hander Madison Bumgarner, both of whom should contribute to the major league club in 2010. The Giants also have depth, despite the uncertain status of slugger Angel Villalona, who was stripped of his U.S. visa after an off-season murder charge in his native Dominican Republic. San Francisco has shortstop options, some solid bats (such as outfielder Thomas Neal) and solid depth, but it's really about the stars."

That’s fairly surprising to me.

As Say Hey pointed out, SI actually has the A’s in the 16-25 tier which is all alphabetically…so A’s are somewhere in there with this explanation:

Athletics: Natural regression after all those rookies in ’09; whither Michel Ynoa?

Which can also mean that the Giants will also drop drastically once Posey and Bumgarner are up in the bigs for good

Eh, that’ll happen when you bring up Cahill, Anderson, Gonzalez, Mazzero, Outman, Bailey…

Yeah, they’re probably top 5 if you just go by players under 25.

I was promised lasagna.

The middle 20 are broken into the upper half and the lower half and are then alphabetically listed

Can I ask, who are all these shortstop options? Are Crawford and Ahrizna actually legit prospects, because what I’ve read makes me think they are decent, but nothing to bocock about
