Chili Davis--the cocktail?!
Went to one of my favorite SF restaurants last night and who do I see at the bottom of the cocktail menu? Our old friend Chili Davis (a delicious blend of arette tequila, sweet vermouth, mandarin napoleon, cayenne pepper, and lime).

2 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. molasses
Shake together, then put in the freezer, ostensibly for an hour. Get impatient, then take out after two minutes.
