At least that means
no Molina next year, right? Right?!?!
Not having to lose a high draft pick makes him a lot more attractive to other teams, I’d hope.
No, it doesn’t necessarily mean that. It used to be that, if you didn’t offer your guys arbitration, you could no longer negotiate with them, but that rule changed a couple of years ago.
"Why not trade Bumgarner for some banger stud?" - sfgiants.com commenter or online porn ad? You be the judge!
Adopted Giant: the probably soon to be ditched but still awesome Fred Lewis
I'm glad to see Molina not offered arbitration
The chance of a couple of draft picks in the 25-50 range is not worth the possibility of him accepting
Just Delete It As Your Post Is Much More Interesting Anyway.

meh…its not like they used their last comp picks wisely
say hey nation is the Ralph Nader of McC.-Xanthan
wait
didn’t we get timmy 2, therefore f. sanchez (a respectable second baseman) for our last comp? i feel that we screwed the dodgers then got an all-star from the pirates form our last comp and did OK.
Dodgers fans eat their young.
I don't know about that
But the Giants certainly seem to cheap out the last time they had alot of picks. After the first three, at least.

Non-tender
Can anyone help me to recall the non-tender deadline, when we will know the full range of players without contracts for 2010? My sense is that it’s pretty soon. Thanks.
