I think this was taken after the Phillies won the pennant since I remember seeing it as part of a different news report, but I’m not sure.

We're all basically Pedro Feliz.
I was watching this station when this happened (right after they beat the Dodgers to clinch the pennant), and it was either right before or right after this that Fox 29’s cameras caught a girl going topless as she surfed the crowd. I always wonder why they don’t use a delay when they’re doing these live postgame, everybody-drunk-and-freaking-out newscasts. Makes for entertaining TV, though.
Ouch! Definitely deserved though.
