I wanted to chime in with the Victorino-grabs-an-infielder-by-the-nards photo, but they actually have a TWO day wait for registration.

Still, it's nice to know that other teams' fans are aware that Shane Victorino has an unfortunate rectum face.

Not sure what all the Victorino defense love is about. Living in Philly I’ve had to watch more than my share of Phillies games this year and last…he’s alright in the field for a CF (making him a very good OF overall), but nothing special defensively. Not surprisingly UZR puts him at above average but not by a huge margin or anything…

Phillies fans love Victorino in way over-the-top fashion. I don’t get it. I hate the little shit. Especially with guys like Werth, Utley, Howard, Rollins…just not sure why Victorino gets so much love, he just isn’t that good (him being an All-star this year was a joke)…

At least with Rowand, they’re very direct/open about their love being solely for “the catch”. I just cannot figure out why they like Victorino so much, though.

Phillies fan, upon realizing I’m a Giants fan: “Oh, you guys have Aaron Rowand, I love that guy.”
Me: “I hate Rowand, I wish we never signed him.”
Them: “But did you see when he made that catch?”

It’s like clockwork. It’s the only thing they say about Rowand, and they bring it up every single time.

Would it be in bad taste for a pitcher to intentionally throw at his head? I mean…look at the top of the comments; the guy grabs peoples’ nuts to break up double plays. Vermin like him don’t deserve to play professional sports.
