He is a prospect from Japan, that would usually play in the Hawaiian League, but that closed down after last season. This is the first year they are allowing like 5 pitchers to come over and play in the AFL. Takanobu Tsujiuchi I believe.

FWIW, if you’re looking for vintage jerseys I found this place in Pioneer Square in Seattle called Ebbets Field Flannels. They had some pretty awesome stuff in there… http://www.ebbets.com/

Yes those were jerseys I created. The numbers are exact to spec on the 80’s unis and the name plates are slightly different because all the names were done by hand back then and these were created using illustration and then laser cut.

Basically I find old authentic Rawlings or Wilson jerseys that are blank, restore them, and then add the names and numbers using the correct spec custom font. I have a shop out here that will cut them out for me.

I have to thank Bill Henderson of MLBstyles for helping me with the numbers.
