If you want to aggravate yourself
MLB network is currently showing Giants-Marlins game 3 2003
If you don't have time to watch, let me save you the trouble. Jose Cruz Jr.
It's not all bad news though. Arizona Fall League starts tomorrow!!! I think Buster gets the start over Eli Whiteside! I couldn't make 75 words and I really don't have anything else to say, (I have to leave for work) so I guess this post will never see the light of day.

Jose Cruz Jr. Fun Fact
anyone surprised he didn’t come through with the bases loaded in this game? In 2003 during the regular season he was 0 for 15 with the bases loaded!
No Edgar, it's not your fault, it's the fault of the idiot that plays you

Man I remember these games. They were mostly day games, IIRC, and my sister just moved to Red Bluff, CA. I was visiting during the series and KNBR reaches up there at night but not the day (side note, I got KNBR when I was in Portland!, at night) and the coverage was spotty, so I would hear liek 1/2 inning and then nothing then I would hear one at bat, but no score I would then have to wait until I got to my sisters to check the score. I HATED THAT SUMMER

I don’t like to watch games when I know what’s going to happen (if it’s bad). I tried to watch that ninth inning against the dodgers where the blown call let the dodgers tie it (before uribe saved my tv from getting a chair thrown through it with his walkoff homer), and I nearly went crazy. I almost convinced myself the giants would hold on in the ninth. Then when furcal got up I really started freaking out. “Please get out, please get out, NOOOOOO!”
And they won that game.
So no, I won’t be watching this.

Good thats they way to beat the down economy. Go giants 2010. 56 freakin years should be
enough time for a SF team to win the WS.
OK
I know you nerds know NOTHING about the real game of baseball, or any other athletic endeavor requiring teamwork under physical stress.

When I saw E.Y. Jr playing for the Rockies in the NLDS, I was reminded that his father wasn’t on the 2003 playoff teams so they could carry a 12th pitcher when they didn’t need it. Eric Young had a better chance to score in the following game (picture of JT running into Pudge was shown) than JT.
"All I know is right now, you comeback and do you dwell on that? I think you're man enough to take it, you're man enough to chew on it, to spit it out and you learn from it. ... I think winners let it go. I think losers dwell on it and talk about it all week and that screws you up for the next opportunity going forward." - Mike Singletary after the 49ers loss to the Vikings
