DMB League Looking for a Giants Fan
I am running a DMB league with a few unique twists. The most unique twist is the opportunity to protect new players to the database from your home organization. I have recently lost the Giants owner and am looking for someone who is invested in the team because the format begs for that. If you are an experienced DMB player or someone that has wanted to give it a try, please drop me a line at dmbbaseball027@gmail.com
Here is the roster of the team right now...

If this is not an acceptable post in your community, then please just delete it, and I am sorry to bother you, but the uniqueness of my request led me here to your site. Good Luck to the Giants in the coming year.

The Dave Mathews Band has a league?! That’s just D(u)MB.
Seriously, never heard of it…got a good link to ’splain it?
They say some players get out of bed hitting; Pablo Sandoval doesn't wait that long

When you put your team together, you just make the best of what’s around.
Anagram of "Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum" = TENSE, CLIMACTIC, TRIUMPHING

Dave Mathews Band
That was my first thought as well…

it seems like the league runs entirely on simulations. That is perfect, the removed the random variance that occurs when baseball games are actually played.

DMB
It is a simulation, but there is a lot of variance from season to season. The numbers are just a projection, but it varies by matchups so their is plenty of variance from one season to the next.

The roster seems to be missing one Timothy LeRoy Lincecum. Ugh.
Sergio Romo: striking out professional hitters since 2005.

Tim
Lincecum is on there along with Cain. The pitchers are down below the hitters. It has the best two pieces and you have the rights to add Giants minor leaguers to the team as soon as they make the database.

It sounds interesting, but I’ve never played/participated. Is there a tutorial or explanation somewhere? Obviously, I can’t help you out this year, but I’d like to know for future reference.

DMB?
Are they coming out with the 2009 projection disk? I’ve heard rumors that they might? If not, what is your option? I could be interested if the spot is still open.

I am not sure...
I think they will. If not I would probably look to Zips, especially if he includes splits this year.
The spot is open if you want to e-mail be at dmbbaseball027@gmail.com
If not zips, then I will monitor what other options people are turning to.

Please e-mail me, I would love to have a true Giants fan. If you don’t want to take the team permanently, you could just take a test run…I may need someone to at least run the draft.
