Chulk has good stuff, but he always would make that big mistake. I was always wary of him because when he came here he said he was best utilized in middle relief. You would have thought he would be more ambitious and talk about himself as a future setup man or closer, but I guess he just lacks confidence.

Chulk is the bullpen equivalent to Brett Tomko – I can never reconcile the stuff with the results.
