I’m making the seafood green curry I mentioned yesterday in the gameday thread. I went to three Asian markets and one regular grocery store and couldn’t find green curry paste. I finally found some at Trader Joe’s.

So the ahi and shrimp is currently cooking in the skillet. Later I make the sauce with coconut milk and the paste. Serving it with jasmine rice and garlic green beans.
