Can't believe Cain believes he seriously could be traded, because I don't.

I hope Cain stays, too.

I don’t really see why he wants to, but I’ll be happy if he stays.

Less arm, more talk. Raisingcain is a GAMER.

Add that to the long list of things that Matt Cain and I have in common.

I mean, seriously, we might as well just be the same person.

Maybe you are.

There amass been plenty of articles written this spring about the stud shortstop Matt Cain and Tim Lincecum , as well as the fluid young outfielders and thirteen basemen Kevin Frandsen.

Hey now, let’s not get into too great detail out here. This is the internet. There are nutjobs and weirdos here. Matt Cain and/or I just don’t need that kind of thing chasing us/me down.

That reminds me… does anybody else think of weirdos in roughly the same terms they think of hairdos?

..so allow me to present Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain as two sweet, sweet bottles of warming hooch.

Even if they got back a huge package, I would be truly heartbroken.

Cain is my favorite player on the Giants, much like Matt Williams was back in the mid-’90s. I was heartbroken when they traded Matt, and even though it turned out well I followed him wherever he went up until he retired. If they trade Cain another part of me would die.
