Thank You Steve S!
I don't post here very much, but I thought we should have a thread to thank Steve S for his amazing contributions to this site. The daily minor lines are a must-read for me every morning, and I've learned a ton about our farm system specifically and the minor leagues in general by reading Steve's posts and the discussions they generate. Let's face it - we're prety spoiled. Steve puts in the hard work every day (GAMER!), and we get to reap the fruits of his labor.
So: Thanks, Steve!! Keep up the good work!

Excellent work Steve. Thanks for all of the hard work.
Let’s not forget to thank those who filled in this year during Steve’s absence (Baron; the prospect maven and others).
This blog is great for a number of reasons but you can’t find better coverage of the Giants farm system anywhere else.

And thanks, too, to the Baron and Brute and anyone else who chipped in. It’s much appreciated, and I realize it takes some work to get ’em out every day.

HUZZAH!
The bases were drunk, and I painted the black with my best yakker. But blue squeezed me, and I went full. I came back with my heater, but the stick flares one the other way and the chalk flies for two bases. Three earnies! Next thing I know, skipper hooks me and I'm sipping suds with the clubby.

Hey, even though the season’s over and he’s not playing now, could you still post daily updates about what Villalona is doing? Nothing major, just something like: “Today, Angel saw a matinee showing of ‘Bangkok Dangerous’ and ate lunch at Taco Bell — he had 6 MexiMelts, 2 Nachos Bell Grande, and a large Orange Fanta, which he re-filled 4 times.”
That doesn’t seem like a lot to ask.

Come on guys..
Stop kidding yourselves! Any man could do steve S.‘s job! And if they were a real man they would keep on doing it throughout the winter. Just posting up blank fanposts with 75’s as filler. Going through the flaming that would clearly happen after this, that’s what a real gamer would do.
Of course, I kid. Thanks for always putting in the hard work Steve.

Thanks to Steve for informing all of us who would otherwise be in the blind. His recap is the only link to the future of the Giants for many of us. Weather Im tracking Buster, MadBum, or Villalona, he’s always got all the bases covered. Thanks for your contributions they really are a must read.
