PrintJose Castillo ranks shockingly low on the list of distainable Giants. If you think about it, Castillo was essentially Pedro Feliz without the all world defense. Perhaps brevity makes the heart grow fonder?

I mean even for me, someone who doesn’t go OMG STATS, I still think the book was chock full of great info.

I’m by no means a baseball/stat head, but yeah- Lewis can really write. He makes you care about it even if you know nothing about it.
very few listened to James, except Alderson, who influenced Beane, who influenced the league…and now everybody it seems but Sabean gives Sabermetircs some cred.
