i was just doing the same thing..
I hope you’re in new york :P these are away games.. but if I count correctly, lincecum should pitch on the 9th.. (wednesday)
If my head is full of white hairs by the end of this season.. I blame Brian Wilson. (I'm only 22, dammit!)

Thursday, right?
Just to double-check: you should have a ticket for thursday, since thursday is the 10th, not friday as you listed above.

I don't know what day it is, but..
Santana vs. Lincecum should be very good.

I think you will be safe
I think you will be safe in assuming the Giants won’t skip anyone. If they did so, Tim would make his final start two days before the All-Star game instead of six days before the Summer Classic, as I reported here a couple of weeks ago and as was reported in the CC Times this morning.
If I were buying tickets and could afford the time and money, I would get tickets for both Tuesday and Wednesday. But in reality I would likely buy tickets for only Wednesday and feel pretty comfortable doing so.
I needed to buy tickets fairly well in advance for Tim’s August starts last year against the Pirates and Cubs in order to ensure getting tickets right behind the plate. Tim pitched both the days I expected.
The one time I got caught this season was when they used Patrick Misch to give Tim an EXTRA two days of rest about a month ago. I thought Tim would pitch on the Sunday on four days’ rest. He wound up pitching on Tuesday instead, with a season-high six days’ rest.
I’ll feel really bad if Wednesday doesn’t work out for you, but if I were in your shoes, I would have at least a 90% confidence.

I hope you're right
I will be back in New York for work and planned on going to Shea Wednesday night. Also, on Tuesday night I will be in Lakewood, New Jersey, home of the BlueClaws who will be hosting the Augusta Greenjackets. I get to see Angel and Timmy in one trip. Does anyone know what the Augusta rotation looks like. Any help would be saucy.

Odle or Maday
It looks as if next Tuesday will be Oliver Odle or Daryl Maday going for the Greenjackets. Odle pitched last night, and Maday pitched tonight. I hope it is Maday, since he seems to be Augusta’s second-best pitcher behind Madison Bumgarner.
If Bumgarner suddenly went on a five-day schedule, you would get him. But he has been primarily on a six-day schedule all season, and when it has varied, it has been even longer between starts.

Thanks
I’ll keep my fingers crossed for MadBum, but Noonan and Angel will be more than enough.

Sort of related: How the crap is Lakewood, New Jersey in the South Atlantic region?

Humidity
I think they align by humidity rather than location.

I’m going to all three games and I’ve already figured it out. It’s Correia, Lincecum and Sanchez. I went to Tim’s Shea start last year and he had the place oohing and aahing, especially when he struck out Carlos Beltran on a 99 mph heater.

Rotation suckitude
I’ve got tickets to the game on Saturday against the Dodgers. I bought one of those 6-pack ticket packages at the beginning of the year. This is game 5. of those games, I’ve seen Sanchez in game 1, where he pitched great, game 2 was Correia when he got hurt, game 3 was Zito struggling through 5 miraculous innings giving up 2 runs, game 4 was Zito giving up 9 runs against the Mets. Now you’re telling me Zito is pitching AGAIN in a game I’m going to? What are the chances that out of 6 games I won’t get to see Timmy or Cain pitch ONCE??!! Go Giants beat the Bums this week to honor America. It would be unpatriotic to let the Dodgers win on 4th of July

Mets Tickets
When I went to see the Giants play the Mets last season (night game/middle o’ ta week) I got upper Box for 9 bucks at the gate, night of. Sat next to some nice Giants fans, and watched Zito win thanks to some timely Feliz batting. Now the Met’s page wants to charge me $35 for an upper box? What gives?
And also for those of you going, or in NY… anyone want to try and coordinate some Timmy day festivities?

Extra Baggs
is reporting a change in the Lincecum schedule. Moved up a day to Tuesday. Just after I got tickets to Wednesday… Sanchez for Wednesday (vs Santana) and Zito for Thursday.
