I wonder...
... what would be the ramifications of playing the 2009 ASG during right at the end of 2010 Spring Training…
and so on…

Day off immediately after the All Star Break = worst idea ever. Fucking Selig.

I have to admit
my life has been a little less stressful the past few days without giants baseball, but it has also felt a little empty.

mlb.com
Has timmeh THIRD in its list of first half NL cy youngs. Fuck off, mlb.com.
by bondslegend on Jul 18, 2008 6:29 PM PDT 0 recs
I miss the days when sfgiants.com was its own website, not a subset of mlb.com. And knbr.com streamed Giants games for free.

Srsly
they still let the NFL games by, at least they did last year. I don’t know how that works, because they’re not supposed to.

me too!
I miss the webcam the Giants used to have.
The fact that the dodgers website was soooo low tech was great fun also. Looked like it had been cobbled together by a couple of 13 year olds [no offense to any 13 year olds out there]

They also sometimes had ticket giveaways. I got a couple of free tickets and a Giants mousepad for filling out a survey once. Of course, that was 1996, so the games were hardly worth free.

MATT CAIN SUCKS
Matt Cain: He'll save children, but not the Dodger children.

Not even Jason Giambi’s lucky thong could help that chump.

On a scale of one to ten, with ten being totally spectacularly awesometastic and one being incredibly, ridiculously craptacularicious, Cain is a negative 10.

What could possibly be better to counteract a home-field disadvantage than an anti-mascot??!?

When I saw him, at least penultimate Candlestick game in 1999, the Giants kicked the Dodgers’ ass. Clearly, this proves we cannot lose with the Crab on our side.

I’m with you. I live in Capitola & can’t see it either. It was my one saving grace tonight (that and beer of course) after a rough freaking week. I even pay for stupid Extra Innings but it’s blacked out. Ridiculous.

ochoa batting 2nd?
i mean…i guess i shouldn’t be too upset.
i was going to ask what about Ochoa suggests he’s capable of hitting there.
And then i glanced downthe lineup and thought “well, what the hell have THEY proven to bat second??”
