I think Cain is done for the evening. I know he’s only at 92 pitches, but it was a high stress inning, it’s brutally hot there, I’m guessing he’s gassed. If he must start the bottom of the 7th, Bochy should have the bullpen ready the second someone reaches base.

Have always said the worst kind of defeat is a road game where you have game in control and then the home teams takes the lead in bottom of 8th and then go down meekly in the 9th. Demoralizing.
