Giants / Tigers Photos
I've attended probably 10 games this year, and, as a testament to the sad state of home game affairs, haven't seen the Giants win since their first home series versus the Padres. So it was with great excitement that I walked home last night after the game, having seen not only a great win, but a great comeback win spearheaded by one of our young players. Vote John Bowker for more playing time in 2008!
But I digress. I had pretty good seats last night (Section 101, right behind the Tigers' bullpen), and I took some pictures. I've shared them at the link below.

That sounds familiar...
I’m pretty sure I bring on some sort of weird curse on the Giants when I attend the games. I’ve been to at least one game for the past 6 or 7 years and I haven’t seen them win since I was a kid. Even the baby Giants lost when I attended a couple weeks ago. If the Giants made the world series again and I had the opportunity to get tickets to a Game 7, I would really, really have to think about if I should go or not.
That being said, I brought great luck to Barry. About every game I went to, he hit a home run, including tying the Babe’s record in Whale’s Vagina.

Catfish po’boy sandwich? How did I not know that this existed at the ballpark?

Uh, yeah, totally agreed
That looks amazing.
Has anyone ever told you you look like a certain one of our relief pitchers, Sheboygan? I shall let him remain nameless, though.
Great pics, keep ‘em coming.
Tentatively adopting Dan Ortmeier. And Boom Goes the Dynamite.

I’m glad someone else went there because I was thinking, “wow this poor guy looks like Chulk.”

I was really hoping you were going to go with Jack Taschner, only because I like him more and he’s actually pretty good.
Now that he’s got that phenomenal fu manchu, maybe it’s time for me to get a new look…

Go for the Fu. It will be much cooler than looking like Chulk.

Wikipedia knows all.
A “fu manchu” is a full moustache that extends downward past the mouth and on either side of the chin. Often, the ends of the moustache will hang past the jaw line with pointed or tapered ends. It is not to be confused with the more common horseshoe (or “biker”) moustache.
