Again
Why throw Feliz a fastball? I was about to comment that Misch should throw anything but a fastball and he throws a freakin’ fastball.
definitely a situation that calls for throwing some slop

Misch..
He does have a really nice curveball. It’s big like Zitos but doesn’t have as much of a hump.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:
"We could run a nice blog here if we didn't have all these members getting in the way."
Yeah and Misch can’t get the K against freakin Feliz. DIAF everyone.

And I thought my feed was slow...
Through slingbox.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:
"We could run a nice blog here if we didn't have all these members getting in the way."
Yea I'd take it too..
Except I don’t really have the $100 it would take.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:
"We could run a nice blog here if we didn't have all these members getting in the way."
1 time fee though
totally worth it if you know people who live in the bay area and can leech their TV
Yea..
I’m on Slingbox. $100 one time fee plus getting other channels is worth it. $100+ for just baseball even if it’s a better quality isn’t worth it.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:
"We could run a nice blog here if we didn't have all these members getting in the way."
Slingbox is pretty cool
but i don’t watch anything but sports. The magic of the interweb gives me all the content i need. It’s good to not live 20 years ago
Yea..
But also this way I don’t have to pay for cable too. I’ll get local channels through an antenna but this way I get some cable.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:

i can never stream more than 2 games on mosaic
so i dont use it anymore, frustrating cus last year it worked beautifully.. loved it for fantasy
4 runs through 6.
I don’t think that’s too bad from Misch being a callup.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:
"We could run a nice blog here if we didn't have all these members getting in the way."
Not bad at all
The hamels hit that led to a HR was just bad luck for him. I’m honestly surprised by the whole team so far
if we score here he can win
and he’s still in the game

as I said before I realized another thread had opened, it’s really not too bad when you consider the Phillies just saw him last week.

I'd send Misch out next inning if his spot doesn't come up.
Give him a one batter leash.

I was reading your post
and then John Miller said “and he was facing one of the best lineups in the league…”
And for a second I crossed the two things in my head and I thought John was talking about the Giants for a second. I was confused. Then it all became clear.

Franny gets his cast off
The cast had been removed Friday from his left foot. Frandsen, 25, had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon March 29 and is expected to miss the entire season. Frandsen hopes to recover quickly enough to play in September, even if it’s in instructional league, although he admitted that could be far-fetched. Frandsen intends to participate in the Arizona Fall League or winter ball so he can get some at-bats before next Spring Training.

Third strike. Man on second moved up right away. Man on first didn’t get that good of a jump and if Burris/Velez had covered it would have been a close play at second to get him.

He ain't a kid.
A rookie yes, but this is his 7th year of professional baseball. At that point I expect him to do better.
The Basil Fawlty Moderating Strategy:
"We could run a nice blog here if we didn't have all these members getting in the way."
Adding...
Expecting him to do better is at least with the fundamentals. Things like where to throw the ball in certain situations, where your position should be at certain points in the game. Bocock has demonstrated this more than Velez and he’s younger, less experienced, and from a lower level of baseball.
From what I’ve seen, Velez may never get baseball. He’s just not cut out for it unless he starts working at it. I’m not sure which to believe, the ones who say he’s got a good work ethic or the ones who say he’s got a bad work ethic but I hope it’s the good one. He could be a game changer with that speed.
