I heard that too but
That would not make sense in a situation like this, where:
1) the “back-to-back” is happening against two different teams, and
2) putting Misch against Hamels virtually guarantees you of a loss, whereas you have a definite shot at winning both games if you do it the other way around.
I’m not against the concept, but the timing to implement it seems about as bad as possible.
