Nothing but the MLB whoring themselves out to the latest trendy garbage.
Remember it was only a year or two ago that they wanted to put special bases out there for Superman, Spiderman, or some shit like that.

Not only did I call him garbage, but I called him trendy garbage even!
Without getting too much into it, I’m really frustrated with the way movies are being made lately. Would it kill these people to come up with an original idea just once?!? Speed Racer, Transformers, “Insert comic book hero/villain” and shlep it off to the masses….I’m sorry, but I don’t play that game.
Rather than trying to reinvest some funds into worthwhile programs like inner-city baseball or drug testing, MLB would rather partner with some trendy movie that people will forget in under 6 months….only to be replaced by some newer and infinitely more crappy movie down the line. Yuck!
