MLB is threatening to sue uniform makers using MLB names.
I think MLB has gone too far. This is about as ridiculous as they can get. It's understandable that MLB has to protect their trademarked team logos, but now the names are being taken from the kids.
When I was a kid, I thought it was cool to have that association with my uniform to the big leaguers.
Is it no wonder a lot of these kids will never end up playing baseball professionally?
