I knows it's soon... but i just cant wait for this season to be over. Assuming we have around 30-45 million to spend (assuming we trade some ugly contracts) I would really want to see the Giants seriously pursue Tex. Lets say some how some way they strike lightning in bottle and they land him for an 8 year 136 million dollar deal.

If that somehow happens then we would still have around 10-20 million to spend. I think that we should pursue either Furcal for short term high money contract or Adam Dunn. I see both of those guys getting at least 3 year 45 million dollar deals. If we were to sign BOTH Tex and Furcal/Dunn it would give us a lineup like so

Furcal/Lewis/Molina/Tex/Rowand/Winn/Castillio/Frandsen/Burres/Pitcher

Or Winn/Rownad/Dunn/Tex/Molina/Lewis/Frandsen/Burres/Pitcher

With a scary rotation of

Lincecum/Cain/Zito/Sanchez/Corriea

The onlhy way this happens is if we trade Lowry,Aurilia, Vizquel, and Durham (that bum)
