if you want to see some college draft propsects on TV...

If anybody is like me and has the following 3 things; the DirecTV Sports package that includes all of the Regional Sports Networks, an interest in watching some of the top draft prospects play, and a complete lack of any semblance of a life, my employer unwittingly paid me to put this list together this morning.  You may want to check out some of these games and/or set your DVR.  Unfortunately Griffin High School doesn't appear to be playing any televised games.  (sorry the formatting gets a little messed up...)

any nationally televised? or maybe some pac-10 that might be on CSN bay area or FSN west?

Pac-10

Pac-10 games are on the local west coast FSN affiliates from time to time. Out here in Arizona (@ ASU) I have seen Brett Wallace, Ike Davis, Jason Kipnis, Petey Paramore, and Kiel Roling – all can mash and all would be welcome fits to the Giants organization. The only time to see most college teams are during the postseason when the ESPN family covers most every game.

Thanks, Jay

Your boss is cool, whether he realizes it or not.

Hey, grab a glove and get out there – we need you at 2B!

Tanner Scheppers

Looks like Scheppers will be out of the tournament with a stress fracture in his shoulder. Scheppers, RHP from Fresno State, was thought to be a Top 10 pick prior to the injury.

Possibly SF can have Alvarez drop to #5 and Scheppers drop to #37 – that would be a very nice draft.
