Adopted Giants: Please Reclaim Your Guy

I guess we lost the adoption papers in the great transition from old skool McCoven to new school SB Nation platform. Not even Grant has a record of who had whom, so I thought I'd start a FanPost to try and track all the adoptions. (The hidden agenda is that I want to upgrade from Billy Hayes, bullpen catcher, to Erick Threets, last-ditch reliever, if he's not already claimed.)

Please post  your adopted dude here, and please feel free to Recommend this FanPost so it can stay on the front page and hopefully everyone can see it. Once we've accounted for everyone, maybe we can archive this somehow or someone can host it on their webserver?

Awesome. Thanks.

*edit*: It just occurred to me that one of you may have a record of the Adoption List. If that's the case, please share it! Then I can delete this stoopid thing.

This FanPost is reader-generated, and it does not necessarily reflect the views of McCovey Chronicles. If the author uses filler to achieve the minimum word requirement, a moderator may edit the FanPost for his or her own amusement.

New Name, Same Son

My inner luddite had problems adjusting to the new lemon-scented configurations of McCoven 2.0, and I ended up changing my screen name in a mild seizure of discomfit; so just to clarify for anyone tapping on the glass of Kevin Correia's enclosure out there, he's still mine (though I'm no longer '16th and Bryant').

I actually claimed Rowand the day we signed him, but I did it just because the Todd Linden joke was getting old, and I have absolutely no attachment to the player. You can have him if you want.

Then again, at $12 million a year, he might need two parents.
