FanPost Editor is Screwy
First off tell me if this is happening to you as well, if it isn't then I'll just delete this and e-mail the web designers personally, but if it is happening to you I want to bring this to the attention of our overlords.
When you make a FanPost, and are in WYSIWYG mode, do you have a scroll bar in the window you are working on? Or just a click and drag area to make the FanPost longer? In HTML editor there is a scroll bar, but in the WYSIWYG mode there's only a click and drag area like if you Restore Down a window and resize it on the bottom right corner.
Why is this here? If you type a message that is longer than your window, you can no longer see what you are typing! Why was this change made, and please change it back is really what I am talking about. The end of this sentence was below the area I could view in the standard mode and I had to resize the window when I made a mistake. Also I thought maybe this was just for the Intro Paragraph since it's supposed to be short but...
...the Entry Body here is the same way!
This FanPost is reader-generated, and it does not necessarily reflect the views of McCovey Chronicles. If the author uses filler to achieve the minimum word requirement, a moderator may edit the FanPost for his or her own amusement.

That just happened to me for the first time. The scroll bar in WYSIWYG editor has always been there for me. I’ll e-mail the techs with a link to this thread.

Update...
If any of you overlords are reading. If I access an old FanPost and try and edit it, the scroll bars pop up, but if I try to make a new one they aren’t there.

Walrus, try holding down shift while you refresh
or clearing your cache. Sorry about the hassle – problem should be fixed now.
I'm one of four guys who built SB Nation 2.0. We are like the Borg, but friendly and with better features.
