I hope you understand
the joy that it brings us to see you ahead of both the Dodgers AND the Rockies…. and the Padres, obviously, because they just TOTALLY suck.
We suffered through the 111-loss 2004 season, we KNOW what it’s like to be disrespected by everyone.
Keep up the good work, Giants!! And, please… let us keep playing you without facing TIMMAY Lincecum and Matt Cain??

I understand your idiocy
This little show of magnanimity gets you nothing here asswipe.
They don’t pour champagne in April. You get off to a nice little start and think you did something. Let’s see if Justin Upton’s hitting 350 in July, if Randy Johnson’s still standing in June, or if Brandon Lyon’s elbow bends inward in August.
We don’t need your condescending bullshit. We’re bringing some golden arms into the desert and we’re gonna knock you down.

Wow....
Remind me not to buy YOU a drink the next time I’m in San Fran….
Why such bitterness? ESPN writes an article a couple weeks ago about how the Giants have one of the “WORST OFFENSES IN HISTORY”. Everyone - and I do mean everyone - picks you to finish fifth in the division. This is not me dancing around in your face because we’re in first…. this is me LOVING IT because all those other teams were supposed to do better than the Giants, and yet, they now find themselves looking up at you in the standings. You’ve got a pretty scrappy team, and I admire that. Like I said, we true Dbacks fans suffered through a 111-loss season in 2004, so we can sympathize with any team that gets as little respect as you are right now.
Besides. We’ve got more players than Upton, RJ, and Lyon.

hey, DbacksSkins has been pretty friendly the whole time he’s been here. No need to be so hostile.
Matt Cain: He'll save children, but not the Dodger children.

Personally, I’m loving second place right now. When you look at the offense, it almost feels like a miracle to me when they scratch out three runs. How many people were predicting that we would be in second? I know it’s still very very early, but even now, about 1/7 into the season, I bet no one thought we would be ahead of the Rockies, Dodgers, and Padres.
Less arm, more talk. Raisingcain is a GAMER.

The 2004 D-backs
I was at AT&T for game against them that year, which AZ actually won. I got to see perennial MVP candidate Alex Cintron go yard.
Twice.
Damn you, Wayne Franklin.

You're clearly lying.
We didn’t actually win any games that year.
