Rusty was supposed to me a tecnilogical marvel, but looked amazingly dorky. He also looked waaaay too much like Steve Garvey. The press jumped on him as too hokey. I remember C.W. Nevius (“Problem: Rusty is a complete dork”) saying he needed to go.
