Scrolling waaaay down to see Fan Posts
Is anyone else seeing this problem? The Fan Posts show up at the very bottom of the right-hand column on the main page of the site - I have to scroll all the way down the page to see them. I'm using Internet Explorer 6 (don't laugh).
This FanPost is reader-generated, and it does not necessarily reflect the views of McCovey Chronicles. If the author uses filler to achieve the minimum word requirement, a moderator may edit the FanPost for his or her own amusement.

Yes
I have the same issue. I e-mailed the site admin last night, because it isn't like this on Sickels' minorleagueball.com, which launched yesterday.
I will post the answer when I get one (if I get one?).

..oh, sorry. Actually, I was having that problem at work the other day, also using Evil Spawn of Bill Gates v. 6 - but I didn't have that problem today, and I'm not now at home using Firefox on a...well...check the avatar.

I've heard about this...
...from other folks. I've sent an e-mail to the powers that be. I'll let you know when they respond.

Another issue:
When in a thread and click on an avatar and return to the thread some posts are missing.
Using Firefox.

This is a major problem
When wilriv21 posts in a thread. Lucy Liu = hottie!
Don't think, it could only hurt the ballclub.

It's a version problem
I'm on IE7 and having no problems whatsoever. It's some kind of bug between the new site and specifically IE6 (or possibly earlier versions: unconfirmed).
No other browsers appear to be having problems. If you're working on your home computer, just get IE7 or Firefox or Opera. No reason to have IE6 anymore if you're not on a work computer, anyway.

while we're at it..
If you have a USB stick, you can install a portable version of Firefox (along with a slew of other programs) to bring with you wherever you go, so you don't have to default to programs given to you. They don't require any installation or leave traces, so it's not going to mess with the computer you're using. I do this for school so I can bring my bookmarks with me wherever I go.
Get it here: http://portableapps.com/
If you prefer Opera, you can get that from here: http://opera-usb.com/operausben.htm

They fixed it
And the guys at the site were nice enough to send the following response:
Kent,
I appreciate you sending in this report. We're working on a fix.
thanks,

IE : My Headache
As a graphic and web designer I can say that I encounter this all the time. IE6 still has plenty of buggy issues with CSS (cascading style sheets). Please, for my sanity, ditch the IE6. There are too many better alternatives.
