That would have been classic. I would’ve used that freeze frame as my wallpaper.

What is doubly impressive is the second throw

He doesn’t even really duck…because he doesn’t have to. The shoe sails right over his head.

Catcher are base running. Hitters are offense.

Disgraceful

Hope the guy is down in Abu Ghraib being “interrogated”

Shouldn’t the secret service guy have jumped in front of those shoes?

“Ow! Who throws a shoe? Honestly… That really hurt!”

was that Alex hinshaw?

The Denker bus is now bound for San Diego. Those who were passengers on it are now angrily stranded at a gas station in Modesto, CA. Not much about baseball here .

as soon as Bush and his crew leave the country, you know they’re releasing that guy and giving him a medal.

Why would you even post this?

Iraq would want either MadBum or Tim 2 in return and he just doesn’t make sense for a team in our situation.

Good overhand delivery. No velocity loss.

Our bullpen? He’s a…

you deserve the “boot” for that joke, but since you’re quoting The Stranglers in your sig, I’m going to allow you to stay. I just finished reading Hugh Cornwell’s autobiography, and I saw him opening recently for From The Jam. He’s still great.

There have been times in my fledgling journalism career where I would have loved to throw my shoes at someone.

"While conservatives tell you 'leave things alone and no one will lose,' and liberals tell you 'interfere a lot and no one will lose,' baseball says 'someone will lose.' Not only says it - but insists upon it! ... Democracy is lovely, but baseball's more mature." BVCE supports SF Dugout and Manny Burriss.
