No kidding! Even Edgardo Alfonzo is hitting .367. Are the pitching staffs half big leaguers and half little leaguers?

it may be a hitter’s league, but Sandoval is still the best of the best. He’s third in the league in hitting, just one point behind Guzman for second place, and second in the league in homeruns with 9. The leader has 10.

Yeah, well, if he hit four homers you’d say you’d rather he hit five.
NOTHING’S EVER GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU, IS IT?
My current Interwebs obsession is pretty awesome. Also, my website is called ChatterBalks Dot Com. It's not being updated right now. Hope for more at your own risk.

Look, I have needs OK? I’m a man aren’t I? I work all day to put food on the table, and all I get is a cycle? Come on!

Willie Mays..
Would agree. I believe he’s said he had many “better than cycles” in his career, like 2 HR 2 2B.

Also he hit four homers that one time.

Guzman available?
Is he a minor league free agent again? As far as I kind find he’s a minor league free agent. Would signing him put him on the 40 man?
Castillo got the DFA. Guestimate for Castillo DFA to come before the 2009 season = 2.

From Rotoworld:
The A’s declined to add Guzman to their 40-man roster after his breakthrough season, so he’s currently a minor league free agent, though rumor has him signing with the Giants. He’s hitting .407/.504/.708 in 113 at-bats in Venezuela after posting a 948 OPS in the minors last season. Even if the Giants do sign him to a minor league contract, it’s quite possible that they’ll lose him in the Rule 5 draft next month.
