When I wrote this...

Is anyone else pretending that the Giants actually moved to Tampa in 1993 and are still in the playoffs, or is that just me?

...I didn't think it through. If I'm pretending that the Giants are the Tampa team in the playoffs, then there would be an impending sense of Giants doom over this game. More so, even.

there are 20,000 bandwagon jumpers, but there are actually a few Rays fans who’ve been through all the crappy years from the start, and even though they’re the vast minority, I still feel great for them. They deserve this after suffering through those terrible years.

Now that my Red Sox are out.

I could watch the World Series and just enjoy it. I don’t hate either team. So I’ll enjoy the World Series while watch it from home originating from the worst venue in World Series history.
