The Giants won the World Series!

That cheater Troy Glaus has been exposed as taking steroids. I cannot believe that a ballplayer would disgrace himself in this way, or that his fans could sink so low as to cheer for him. From now on the Angels supposed win in the 2002 World Series will forever be marked with an asterisk. The Giants will always be regarded as the true winners.

Oh, and Glaus should be retrospectively stripped of his World Series MVP, which then would naturally go to Barry Bonds.

Congratulations to Giants fans everywhere! We finally won it!

Unfortunately, Glaus' reported shipment was sometime in 2003 or 2004. I'll guess we'll have to wait for the follow-up to Game of Shadows before we know the whole story on what Glaus was taking in 2002.

Wait, what? There's not going to be a follow-up where they interview everyone he's ever known and scrounge up every bit of steroids paperwork they can get their hands on in an attempt to bring down the dastardly Troy Glaus? Why not? Seems pretty important to me. Won't someone think of the children?

Troy Glaus hit 47 homeruns in 2000 and 41 homeruns in 2001. I would doubt a young player with those numbers doing it cleanly would suddenly start using steroids just a couple of years later. I would think he was using steroids right from the start when he was putting up those huge power numbers.

I still contend that the Chargers are rightful the 1994 Champs becasue the Niners got caught cheating on the salary cap following the Superbowl.

If you're going to strip the Niners of that title in all fairness it should go to the Cowboys who where the only other team with a chance to win the title in '94.
