Kevin Pucetas has been named Most Outstanding Pitcher of the Year in the South Atlantic League. His 1.81 ERA leads the league and ranks second in the entire Minor Leagues. Ben Snyder also was named the best left-hander, according to this story.

The question is how good is Pucetas? What's his ceiling? I haven't heard much about his stuff, and he's 22 in low A which seems to put him on the bubble as far as prospect status. What does everyone  think?
