Russ actually looks pretty good. Although they could have used the weight he lost to fill out Timmeh Time a bit.

Walker and Molina looked skinnier than I expected, too.  And as the guy pointed out, Cain looks like he's in great shape.

Elbow

Check out the picture of Russ on the main page of sfgiants.com.  He's always done something funny with the start of his windup.  Kind of short arm or something, but that elbow is tucked ridiculously close to his body.  Hope he's worked out whatever was wrong with his delivery, but that picture isn't real encouraging.
