Anyone know who constructs/updates this, ie whether its an assumption by MLB, or the Giants actual plan?

If its their plan, I can't say that I'm terribly pleased about most of the outfield and 2b, and I'm rather surprised to see Alfonso below Rodriguez.
Anyway, just felt like thinking about some non-winter meetings stuff.
