He did have that one good year. Still has one of the best sinkers in the game IMO. Too bad there was no control or secondary pitch

the afl was his last shot...and while he didnt totally stink up the joint, he didnt impress either

btw....you guys shouldnt hate  on herman all that much

it was alou that forced him to only throw the sinker, and it was alou that overpitched him, which led to his arm troubles

in a way, i feel kinda sorry for the kid
