SJ Giants game 7/31/06

I went to see the little Giants play the Visalia Oaks on Monday.  It was my first time going to a minor league game, so I was really looking forward to it.  Municipal Stadium is a really nice place.  It has a cool, old-school feel to it with murals of legendary players, places for kids to play, and good eats.  Even cooler: the urinals had cup-holders!  I took a bunch of pictures with the quality ranging from crap to crud.  Thare are a few good ones though.  Since my seat was on the side of the away team's dugout, I got a few shots of the Evan Longoria who I'm sure can't get enough of Desperate Housewives jokes.  A nice couple sitting next to me was from Louisiana told me that they knew Reid Brignac and had lunch with him and Evan the other day.  The game itself was good, even though the Giants lost.  I hope to attend another game sometime in the near future.  One last thing, it was Sara Lee Bread Give-Away Day, so fans got to grab a free loaf of bread on the way out.  Weird, but delicious!
