According to one agent in the Jason Stark report, Barry doesn't want to cross the Bay, play in a dilapidated Stadium and he doesn't want to wear white shoes...I love it! Come on Home Barry...left field is waiting for you!

Actually, they're rebuilding Seal Stadium and changing to wool uniforms and high-top button shoes

I bet this agent is Mike Piazza's agent trying to put a hole in on of his competitors for the A's DH job. No way do I believe Barry or his agent said anything like this even if Barry actually thinks this.

Piazza and Bonds are both represented by Beverly Hills Sports Council (Dan Lozano, Jeff Borris), so I doubt that's the case. They ARE one of the sleaziest agencies out there, though.
