Nate Heating Up
Finally. 3-5 with a 2B and HR.
There's even a link to watch his HR. It was a beauty.
Go Nate, Go.

Re: Nate Heating Up
i saw most of the game, nate has gotten bigger since being at sj, he has grown a goatee too, which makes him look a bit meaner
his dad reports that part of his early probs were due to his suffering from some minor back pain and getting used to the asian junk ball pitchers
btw, with the bochy hire, watch for nate to get traded

Re: Nate Heating Up
That's the first chance I've had to see the swing, and wow, what a change. He's still got that open stance, but remember when people complained about a hitch in his swing?
That, there, was a hitchless swing. The bat went straight into the swing, and his batspeed is as good as ever.
The Giants would be foolish to trade him.

Re: Nate Heating Up
But it's a lot less than what he had in SJ last year, and it's a lot smoother. Loving it.

Re: Vai Schierholtz
I was assuming the trade was more likely now that the Giants had a manager in place.
Bacci - did he tell you Nate + Pitching Prospect for Sexson?
