The Genius of Grant
Grant,
you're by far the best writer out of the baseball bloggers that I've checked out so far. It's clear from your comments that you are one of the "true blue" Warrior fans our there that give a standing ovation when they cut the Clippers lead to single digits. Therefore, it seems only natural, with the Warriors being a lock for a top 4 seed next year, that you should start a Warriors blog. I did an extensive search by typing "Warriors blog" in google and I don't think there is one already going on. If I'm wrong someone please tell me where to go. Otherwise, Grant you're the man, start it up.

I've given it some serious thought....
1) I don't know basketball nearly as well as I know baseball. I could have an opinion on the relative merits of Calvin Pickering, and write why the Giants should trade for him. On the other hand, I have no idea if, say, Keith Van Horn is still any good. He's being passed around like VD at Woodstock, but I have no idea if he is still a good player.
There are a couple of NBA teams that I couldn't name a single player. Would you want a baseball blog where the guy writes, "Yeah, I don't know anyone on the Royals, but they stink."?
Right now, the only blog that would make sense would be one revolving around my learning of the game. That sounds pretty boring, and this site takes up a lot of my time as is. I'll just lurk around Warriors World, and learn from them like I learned from Gregg, Greg, Richard, Jonathan, Ben, and others at alt.sports.baseball.sf-giants. Before that newsgroup, I had no business opening my mouth about baseball.
And I have to say...
For shame.
you have time...
For shame.
:-)
Seriously, though...
